We completed the 2009 season in a very successful manner.  We hosted over 120 hunters who harvested approximately 3600 geese and 2800 ducks.  This year the crops were late due to a wet spring but the large concentration of birds arrived on time.  Summer was dry shortening the crop season, September was hot and dry which made waterfowl hunting a challenge, but October came in with a heavy snow storm that put the migration into full swing and gave us some of the best hunting we have experienced. Overall the season left us (and many of our clients) looking forward to 2010.
